This time, an innovation in the methodology of the course: the exhibitors players were also students of the School 4-025 2 ° 1 °, 2 ° 3 ° and 3 ° 1 °, sharing experiences made of construction, use and research done since 2009 to date, in the curricular areas of productive processes of Prof. Claudio Elst with evidence of fruit and vegetables since 2009 and the construction of two solar dryers in 2009, with human and material contribution of the UTN, the teacher's class schedules mentioned. From this year the teacher also works with drying Mariana Cogni garlic, work all accompanied by Noel Gimenez MEP.
Knowledge and experience of each course is built on a learning interesting and rewarding for all and raised questions and proposals for research and improvement of both the NTU, as the students and teachers participating.
